Dr. Frank 2011 Grüner Veltliner Featured by the Today Show

For the second time within the past several months, one of Dr. Frank’s wines was featured by the Today Show! Edward Deitch, a Senior Producer and writer for NBC (specializing in wine) was quoted as saying, “the 2011 Grüner Veltliner from the Dr. Konstantin Frank winery is the best American example I have had.” He expanded on this by saying, “For one thing, it shows true varietal character, meaning that it tastes like Grüner Veltliner with its signature floral and spice notes. Beyond that, it shows unusual complexity with a range of tastes, from green apple and lemon-lime to subtle cucumber and a hint of white pepper.”
